SimplyScrapps LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) built the SimplyScrapps app as a free app. This service is provided by us at no cost and is intended for use as is.

This Privacy Policy for the Company describes how and why we might collect, store, use, and/or share (“process”) your information when you use our services (“Services”), such as when you:

§ To display your earnings and carbon savings to your SimplyScrapps rewards partner

§ To register you to receive rebates, coupons, premiums, product samples, or other materials

§ To provide you with services or offers you have requested

§ To respond if you contact one of our Consumer Services Representatives

§ To process your payment for purchases or other services

§ To better understand the audience for our Sites and services

§ To conduct analytics services regarding how our products, services, and Sites are accessed and used

§ To help us develop new products, services, and sites

No purpose in this notice will require us keeping your personal information for longer than the period of time in which users have an account with us.

When we have no ongoing business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible, then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from our market to children under 18 years of age.

We do not knowingly solicit data or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Services, you represent you are at least 18 years old or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor’s dependent’s use of the Services. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age have been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measure to promptly delete such data from our records.

This Site is intended for use by residents of the United States of America only. All matters relating to this Site are governed by the laws of the United States. If you are located outside of the United States and you contact us, please be advised that any information you provide to us will be transferred to the United States and that by submitting information you explicitly authorize this transfer and the processing of this information within the United States.
